  Absolutely Rubbish Service, purchased a car via online live from Livingston , car arrives and it becomes apparent that there lots wrong that wasn't mentioned on the appraisal.. (why did I pay £32 for AA assured appraisal ?) I say lots wrong , there are bits missing, including vents and and front grille, undisclosed damage in and out of the car.
  I make a claim and get the standard tough luck response ..
  nevertheless, my advice is to only buy from physical Auctions, or allow yourself an additional £5-£800 for Reconditioning when bidding ...
